Over half the girls at Kaibara High School belong to this club dedicated exclusively to Prince Yuki.

1. Your name. (It does not have to be your real name. It could just be a nickname.)
2. Why you want to be a member of this club.
3. A webpage or an email that will be posted next to your name on the "Members" list.
